Fosshape is a non woven synthetic polyester fibre which can be used to make different shapes and hold different structures.
It is used by stretching the fabric over a block for example if you were to try and make a hat using this material you would stretch it over a head shape block, steam the Fossahpe and remove the block. Once the material is steamed it will harden and hold this shape.
This material is commonly used for theatre props and costume elements such as hats and masks
